Once you are ready to transact you are transferred directly to the Bank Website. The card details are captured on the Bank Website and not in fare google-airlines.com . The google-airlines.com takes no responsibility, in case of any misuse of Credit Card by whomsoever.

In case any user is booking a ticket/hotel or any other online services via a credit/debit/gift card which is not directly in the name of the person availing these services - google-airlines.com reserves the right to cancel/hold the said service till the time proper verification is provided. In case you are booking using someone else`s credit/debit/gift card - you are requested to send us a copy of the card used (at the following email id: info@google-airlines.com a photo identification card of the person in whose name the card is, as well as the person in whose name the services are being provided and an authority letter from the said credit/debit/gift card holder.

In case any of the above mentioned conditions are not met, google-airlines.com reserves the right to declare such transactions as fraudulent and cancel/hold the service provided. It also holds the right to charge the requisite Cancellation Charges that may be applicable before refunding any such amount.

CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS Your authorization to use your client's Credit Card number for deposits and/or final payment indicates your acceptance of our booking terms and conditions, whether or not your clients have actually signed the appropriate draft. The credit card used must belong to one of the passengers in the reservation. Third party Credit Cards will absolutely not be accepted. If the airline does not accept payment by Credit Card and you, the Travel Agent, wish to use our Merchant services a fee of 3-55% will be charged to you for that use.

Tickets will be issued in accordance with the rules established by the airlines and indicated in the fare rules.

All prices quoted are in USA funds and are subject to change without notice.

Payment:

Before final payment is made you will receive a final invoice duly updated to reflect any currency fluctuations. Prices are not locked in until full payment has been made.

GOOGLE FLIGHTS AIRLINES CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Cancellation of Bookings and Cancellation Policy differs for each Product OR Service. When you make a booking, kindly view Terms & Conditions of each Product OR Service, which reflects the Cancellation, Refund with Booking Terms & Conditions. You can cancel the purchased product or service online on our Website - www.google-airlines.com . If you find difficulty in cancelling, you can get the same cancelled by calling our customer care team. Cancellation at your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of Product or Service booked & purchased.

google-airlines.com reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, google-airlines.com shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.

For Bookings and Purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the Refund Policy, mentioned in Terms and Conditions, while making the booking or at the time of Purchase). For Air ticket, it may take between 30 - 45 working days and for the Hotels it may take between 10 - 15 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. Refund policy may vary for every Product and Service The preceding refund timeline is a guide for your reference only and shall not be binding upon google-airlines.com.

GOOGLE FLIGHT TIMES

Schedules are subject to change without notice. It means, therefore, the responsibility of passengers to reconfirm flight times as instructed. The Operator assumes no responsibility to the passenger for any loss, delay, or other inconveniences incurred in connection with any flights. All passengers must arrive at the airport a minimum of two hours prior to the indicated departure time.

Prices:

The google-airlines.com quotes prices in US currency based on the exchange rates for the respective foreign currency, as of the date of the quote. Customer's exchange rate is only fixed when full payment is made unless otherwise noted on Customer's itinerary. All prices are 'from' and are subject to seasonal surcharges and currency fluctuations, to change without notice until full payment is made.
