Airprecio shall have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, acts of war, terrorism, disease or other force majeure event or other cause beyond its direct control, and Airprecio has no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing, acts or omissions of any governmental authority. at Airprecio, we value our customers and aim to provide a seamless booking experience. Refund and Cancellation Policy

You must immediately notify your travel agent to cancel or make changes to your booked reservations. If you booked through the Airprecio reservation center, contact directly at 1-315-881-0322. If your plans change, your right to a refund is limited and subject to penalties and fees as noted herein.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy for Airprecio clearly states that the agency shall not be held responsible for any caused damage, injury or loss, to the customer, by any agent or representative or specialists, under any circumstances.

Airprecio is a strict policy follower and recommends its customers to get travel insurance before they plan or book their trip, with us or any agency for the matter. Kindly note that the agency shall not be held responsible for any refunds or payments for any illness, emergency cancellation, interruptions, accidents, or whatever the reason may be.

Bookings can be made online or in person. We provide the consumer with an e-ticket before processing any payment. We charge a $10 booking fee per passenger. If any changes are made within the next 24 hours. changes allowed without any fee. If there is a fare difference after 24 hours, the customer must pay the difference in fare.

Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation. Prices are subject to increase without notice.

Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. The cancellation fee will take into effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase can not be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer fully evaluate the cancellation policy. All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure shall not be refunded.

Cancellation- if the customer cancels his or her trip within 24 hours of booking. Consumers will receive a full refund within 24 hours, depending on the terms and restrictions of the specific airline or holiday provider, but we will clarify the terms and conditions to the customer before selling anything.

The Cancellation Fees listed here will apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under "Special Notes". No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after the departure of the tour regardless of any possible reasons.

Also, the customer is liable to pay the additional charges as the cancellation fee to the agency for making the cancellations, apart from what the airlines and tour companies deduct from the booked packages. The payment should be done at the time of the cancellation only.

For tours that include airfare, airfare is completely non-refundable. Hotel extension is non-refundable once it is confirmed. We do not accept changing tour departure dates if departing within 60 days. All cancellations must be made directly with Airprecio.com Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. The affected customer will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. However, please keep in mind that should this happen, it would be under very special and rare circumstances because we will try our best to accommodate our customers' travel needs.

Our refund policy covers a range of situations, such as cancellations, modifications to travel arrangements, and more.     Eligibility for Refund

  • We are aware that unanticipated events can force you to alter your trip arrangements. The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to qualify for a refund:

  • The reservation was booked through one of the authorized partners or the official Airprecio website.
  • The refund request is submitted within the allotted time frame and takes into account the applicable fare regulations for your reservation.

Types of Refunds

Airprecio provides two primary categories of refunds:

  1. Full Refund: In the event that an Airprecio flight is canceled or the itinerary is significantly changed, you are entitled to a full refund of your ticket cost.
  2. Refund Amount: If you must cancel your reservation, the amount of your partial refund will depend on the fare type, the time of cancellation, and any costs that may be due.

Requesting a Refund

With Airprecio, getting a refund is a simple procedure:

  1. Log in to your Airprecio account.
  2. Navigate to the "Manage Bookings" section.
  3. Find the reservation you want to cancel and submit a refund request.
  4. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen and give any information that is required.

Refund Processing Time

We recognize the significance of prompt returns. Refund requests may take longer or shorter to process depending on the payment type used and the intricacy of the reservation. Refunds are typically processed in 7 to 14 business days. Please allow up to 30 days for the money to show up in your account, though.

Exceptional Circumstances

Airprecio may provide flexibility above and above the usual refund policy in times of unanticipated circumstances, such as natural disasters or medical problems. We consider it important to help our clients through difficult situations, thus we will consider each request individually.

PRICING, AMENDMENT

Amendment Fees: for any changes (date, departure location, tour, etc.) made on a reservation after a confirmation e-mail has been sent out, the reservation is subject to a $50 amendment fee per change.

There may be a change in the flight schedule due to extreme weather on the day of departure. Flights may be delayed or cancelled due to inclement weather in the transit city/country or in the destination city/country. Airlines have the sole authority to decide on refund against cancellation in this case.

Airlines may revise flight schedules anytime. If the schedule of your confirmed flight is changed within 90 minutes before the departure, be advised to contact the airline for cancellation and refund. Airprecio bears no responsibility for refund in this case. Usually, airlines grant a waiver or refund in case of involuntary flight schedule change by more than 90 minutes. A waiver or refund against involuntary flight schedule change is governed by the airline policy, which is out of our control.

If a connecting flight at the transit airport is delayed or cancelled due to any operational issue, Airprecio is not responsible for refund. Be advised to contact the airline directly. Make sure to contact the airline for updates on the flight status.

The amendment fees will apply to all reservations, unless the tour booked has specific terms, fees and conditions listed under "Special Notes". Cancellation Fees will apply to any reservation with a travel date within 90 days.

If you would like to add an additional passenger to a reservation after it has been confirmed, we will only charge the difference in rates for the added passenger. Once the added passenger has been confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. To cancel a customer from a reservation, the regular cancellation policy will apply.

Chargebacks and Credit Card Disputes

By accepting our Terms of Service, you agree not to dispute the airfare, service fees, airline penalty (in case of cancellation), change/exchange fees (for change of date), and fare revision/adjustment (if any fare difference) debited from your credit card. If you would like to investigate any fees billed on your credit card, please contact us via email or over phone before taking any steps to dispute it with the credit card company.

If you claim a chargeback on the non-refundable airfare or booking cancellation fees service fees or fare adjustment that has been billed on your credit card in compliance with the airline policy and our Terms of Service, you are required by this agreement to pay back the entire amount of the chargeback and a USD500 penalty for causing inconvenience and incurring accounting fees to us. If the chargeback is claimed on a ticket booked in a different currency, then you will have to pay the chargeback and the penalty amount in the same currency as per the applicable currency exchange rate.

If the chargeback that you have claimed is found to be fake, you are liable to bear expenses for legal proceedings that we hold the right to initiate in order to recoup the loss.

If you get charged twice due to technical errors in rare cases, be advised to bring it to our notice rather than raising a chargeback. The issue will be resolved at the earliest, and the additional money will be credited to your account. Raising a chargeback in case of a technical flaw may result in booking cancellation.

SERVICES

You agree that airprecio.com does business electronically by email, so email is accepted as the form of delivery of the services provided by Airprecio.com. You are not ordering tickets to be delivered in person or by mail, so you agree to accept email as the form of delivery and instruct MasterCard, Visa, and banks that issue credit cards that email delivery constitutes delivery of services in this transaction.
