SriLankan Airlines Cancellation Fee

For refunds on tickets purchased through travel agents, please contact the travel agent directly. Contact your SriLankan Airlines ticket office for tickets purchased at SriLankan Airlines ticket office. Passengers cannot get the online refund request form in these situations.

Please keep in mind that there may be a cancellation fee that will be taken from your refund. Passengers sometimes may not get a refund for some tickets. Before requesting a refund, please double-check your fare conditions.
